Sally Kohn: I'm a big proponent of embracing your calendar and really using it. She says calendars are often a source of stress or anxiety because they contain all the stuff we have to do. But she says you can also use them as tools to plan what's important to you. Kohn: Over time, you might find that you can essentially start with a full calendar and make deliberate decisions about when you're giving your time away.
