Ad break

This week, Jason Howell and Jeff Jarvis break down OpenAI declaring its new Astra model has achieved AGI. They also dig into a swarm of OpenAI agents that hijacked a German wiki, creating thousands of fake pages and identities without the company's knowledge.
Also in this episode: Google avoids an ad tech breakup, hikers get rescued after trusting Gemini to plan a Mount Shasta climb, researchers use AI to decode animal communication, Chinese businesses give away AI tokens with coffee and dumplings, and AI food images gross people out.
