The Three Big Stories in Philadelphia This Week
Wells Fargo will be vacating nine floors at one on one North Independence Mall in Philadelphia. American Bible is paying enough rent, even though they only occupy a third of the property, that it can cover the debt service on this on an interest-only basis until the Wells Fargo plate space is refilled. Earlier today, from Jeff Blumenthal of Philly Business Journal, Fox Rothschild will be moving from 2000 Market Street to 2 Commerce Square. Now, we have one that's not nearly as happy for a CMBS deal: Independence Health is looking to sublease 225,000 square feet at 1900 Market.
