The author is a business writer named art cliner. The thesis of the book is that every company, you know, has its mission statement and all these formal definitions for why it does whatit does. What he basely says is that stuff's all basically a facade on the front of something much more important and fundamental which actually drives behavior. And bakan yothe, that's why whaut mark don like ben. He as like what they held. It actually worked. Maybe i do have a favourite management but i do, and ben, i don't know, talked about this one, um and i'd be curious what you think about an ali also.
