The Supreme Court Strikes Down a Law or a Regulation

This is very similar to jurisdiction stripping, but it doesn't even require a provision in a law. It just requires that either congress or the executive branch, or both, ignore the court's rulings and say, thanks for the tips, but no thanks. The nice part of this is that you sort of sidestep one of the biggest problems with court reform,. So you don't need buy in from congressional democrats. This can be effectively done without consensus.
