How Robust Are India's Health Data Collection Institutions?
India has a long standing problem with disease surveillance and a death counting. Only nine out of ten deaths were registered going into the pandemic. And in poorer states like the indian state of bihar, just over five out of every ten deaths were recorded going into the Pandemic. It really has the possibility of producing two entirely different versions of what the world could look like.
