Mentoring for Women in the Startup Space
On the founder side there's just so many challenges that you have to have a really thick skin and endure rejection at scale stay focused on your mission. On women in critical care: Only 2.3% of invested money and startups goes to women, but we actually return 2.5 times our male counterparts meaning it's a good business decision to invest in women. She says she doesn't think we're meant to rise alone; "I provide kind of like a mentorship where I say look I've spent thousands of dollars on this convertible note on these legal docs take it for free"
