The Importance of Mobility Work

As you get older, there's more maintenance care that you have to do outside of the gym. Having an adequate warm up before you train and a good cool down after doing some nice light stretches can kind of get your body kind of more relaxed work on that mobility while you're still warm. A lot like keeping that going is valuable because if you get put in a position where your body is can't move in that way, that's when injuries occur. So just for injury mitigation, I think that's a huge thing mobility wise. And so again, yes,. I like doing long stretches at least a few times a week.
