I think I think you can have happiness in your life and with your life in the experience self, right? And so just as an example,right now, I'm experiencing lots of positive emotions. But I also have a lot of meaning from this happiness work. Like, I don't have to think back on it,. It's not my future self kind of looking back and thinking like, Oh, you know, that was the kind of thing I really wanted to enjoy. I can experience that life satisfaction in the moment. That might be different than kind of what I was noticing and what I was experiencing in the sum total of that throughout my day. We want to get at what happiness
