The infrared sauna doesn't really give you the opportunity to touch it in the same way as a traditional 180 degrees sauna. The body is experiencing a degree of internal heat that requires it to cool itself so intensely, which can be helpful for chronic medical illness sufferers. I see saunas is great for people also that can't exercise. It's like you have the old Finnish dudes who weigh a lot of their big and they don't exercise very much, but they live forever because they're using sauna every day. And that's their exercise.
