The Importance of Being a Surgeon

My, my specialty is on the internal medicine side of that so it's not really surgery. Although, over time, we've developed a lot of procedures what we would call procedures rather than surgeries. So, so you quite often have somebody's life basically in your hands. I guess that's not an exaggeration,. although, you know, nowadays medicine is a very complicated thing and also a very system based thing.
