Is Lifetime Value a Good Idea?
Anyone can do that exercise that aaron just took us through, and i would encourage any listener to do that. Start with what is the average value, on average, of a given customer worth over a year? Ok, awesome. Why don't you do lifetime is it just to too much of a stretch? It just depends on industry. There are certain industries where you have lock in, where it is reasonable to use a lifetime value. But that's actually, if you do that, it gets crazy. Number one is the one your value.
