How to Distinguish Between a Three Year Old and a 16 Year Old Adult Man and Demand That of Them

How do you take the adult man who's living in perpetual adolescence, the 30 year old adult man who still acts like he's 16? How do you differentiate what's happening and how to address it? Well, I think there you, I think the book of Hebrews is a very good one because he says by this time you ought to be. And maybe again, publicly as you preach, you say, look, there are some of you who are newer to the faith. But listen, some of you have been believers for 10, 20, 30 years.
