I was working through an anecdote that Corbine tells about Ibn Arawi. I chewed that over, trying to write something about it for weeks. And if I got one or two sentences a night over the course of weeks, I thought I was getting something and I was in so much pain at the time. You know, I can't tell you when the fever broke, but it was after I finished writing that.
