How Does Time Affect Human Experience?

We have a lot of evidence to show that individuals experience aspects of the phenomena pretty frequently. But if we take into consideration those extraordinary events and how they are interspersed in society more infrequently, it makes a lot of sense that those that experience it most closely translate for everyone else who hasn't had it. That's true today, just as I think as we're arguing now.
