How to Be Radical Candor With Your Boss
I think you're entitled maybe to proceed with a little bit more caution if it's your boss than if it's an employee because you could get fired. I recommend looking for a new boss if you can't be radically candid with your boss having tried the steps that I lay out in the book. If you can't tell your boss what you really think then your work is gonna suffer and your psyche is gonna suffer it's gonna make you mad and so on. boy it it really does it really does crowd out everything else that the organization is trying to do and even the financial pieces.
