Partner Retreats and Leadership Retreats

For a lot of people their notion of what strategic planning is is a partner retreat everybody gets in a room and they sketch bunch stuff on whiteboards. 90 percent of the time it goes somewhere and gathers dust but that may well be the main part of the thing right that that partner retreat or leadership retreat. Individual interviews are really important that are safe interviewing people at multiple levels in the organization new staff interned seniors not every single person in the farm but but interview them survey them so you actually are hearing the truth  and then lay out ideas and work on a plan collaboratively over time.
