Mental Health Ambassadors Aren't Just for Celebrities
We need actual funding for mental health like we need therapy where we need to be covered by insurance. All the self-care shit of like lighting a candle is like slapping the tiniest measly band-aid onto what is really an environmental problem. People will not be under so much pressure and push towards negative coping mechanisms if they are in an environment that is supportive of them.
