I think we can also be a little bit playful around well, how can I make small efforts to change how I relate to these striving experiences? Part of that might be, let's just say you're organizing a dinner party. And picking something small that you can cut a corner with. So choosing something that feels really manageable and seeing if I can practice cutting a corner and tolerating the feelings of discomfort that arise in not doing it perfectly. It starts to expand our capacity to be with those uncomfortable feelings that show up.
