Rick Edelman: Interest rates raised again as we record this a couple weeks ago. Do you think that the people our stacker community needs to watch out that maybe the economy might have some some drag coming that we're not seeing yet? He says what's going on right now yet the markets are shrugging it off. His biggest concern is real estate. The high interest rates are I think setting the stage for a real problem and it's all a result of COVID.
