How to Live Without Carbs

You can't, but you can live without carbs. What I make sure is that the carbs I get every day are from those non-sarti vegetables and from those two fruits. That's going to put me somewhere around 50 grams of carbs, depending on how many. This is where you want to really think of more whole foods,. hummus, wild rice, winter squashes, root vegetables, beets. You're going to be somewhere in that 50 to 130 grams a day.
