The Confession of St. Augustine

Dr. Chapp: I think there's something profound in our immediacy world that wants everything solved now to actually enter into a dialogue that is a lifetime. The Hebrew word toda means is often translated as Thanksgiving or praise, but it also means confession. And so when a Christian like chap makes a confession and St. Augustine makes a confession, it's an act of praise and it's an acts of thanksgiving.
