There is not a clear line between freely expressing ideas and taking an action that is beyond the realm of ideas. The traditional position would just be, yeok. So there's a little fuzzy gray area in there, and we're not sure quite what to do with it. And we just might have to make decisions on how to police it relative to a given forum.
