The Polar Opposite of Excusing Sin
Excusing sin is denying what the Bible teaches about sin because it downplays its seriousness. Excusing says that's okay, implies that what you did wasn't really wrong and you couldn't really help it. To excuse sin is not biblical at all. Forgiveness does not leave out restitution or consequences.
