Lakers - Sixth Seat

One of the big storylines for the Lakers actually has nothing to do with the Lakers and everything to do with how all of the teams around them end up performing. There is a ton of their future that is essentially out of their control, barring they rattling off like a 16 and seven stretch in the second half. These are teams we expected to be tanking Portland. We did not expect to be competing with Portland for the last spot. And yet all of these teams are currently beating the Lakers. The only chance you have of getting to the 10th seat if you want to talk about getting to the six seat - there are six other teams between you and the six seat.
