What Are Shadow Power and Shadow Power?
I assumed that more of the learning was going to be about like not abusing power and not hoarding power. And I have been surprised at how balanced that stuff is with noticing when we are giving power away or fixating on power holders rather than like inhabiting our own. But there are two imbalanced kind of archetypal expressions of shadow power. One is power over, which is like a dominating power. The one that's less obvious is power given away or victim postures, victim consciousness.
