When the county settles up on delinquent taxes that they had to go collect, it's done on a property by property basis. And then ultimately these properties are, you know, tax foreclosed and put into an auction. So basically what happens is at the end of this process, anything where they win, right? They make more than was owed. That's profit for the county. Anything where they lost, they didn't get as much as was owed.That goes into the charge back. The following year when the county says, okay, hey, we didn't collect this much in property taxes this year, the county says,. okay, we're going to sell a bond for that amount
