AI and Geopolitics: The Scramble for AI

There have been reports that former senior U.S. officials quietly met with Russian officials for back channel talks on Ukraine. Would you engage in track 1.5 or track 2 diplomacy with Russia at this point? I think what we have one thing to do is to help the Ukrainians with all the weapons they need to kick out the Russians from Ukrainian territory. The Ukrainian champions will to fight and if we give them the means to fight, they have a fair chance to retake lost land.
