How Many Teams Should Not Be Optioned?

In an ideal Calcutta, what number of teams do not get auctioned? What are the increments then? I mean, we could do 200 up to 10, 500 up to 20 and a thousand over 20. The most we've ever done is really 75. That seems like a lot that take that took like two hours. Make sure we don't have some of these might be really quick, quick.
