The Benefits of Complexity in the Construction Industry
The largest project that broke ground last year was a 9 million square foot manufacturing facility. But we're doing those more complicated projects, those ship factories, those EV battery plants with essentially the same level of workforce. That hasn't really changed from 2000 to 2006 to now. There's been cyclical issues, of course. So that's perhaps a counterpoint that we're doing these much more complicated projects with the same amount of workers.
