The Death of the Central Planner
Fiat is an attempt to make some assertion about reality that overrides reality itself. It's humans telling other humans what to do under the veiled threat of force. So it's really like man attempting to play God in a way. And I just can't help but shake the feeling that is why the central planner confuses the cat for the washing machine right they think. But this again completely neglects dispersed and receive knowledge. Economic calculation is a fundamental in human action. And if economic calculation requires a common denominator by changing the value of money you are imposing blinders on the entrepreneurs.
