The Pros and Cons of Alternative Credit Markets

There is a problem in that it is not as simple to be very hopeful about these, these institutions like bricks, for instance. But then there is a dimension of international relations where the credit market initially was completely dominated by Western foreign institutions. So there can be skepticism about bricks but isn't it a step forward when we look at it from the prism of international relations? Well, we'll see.
