The Pandemic, Is It the New Normal?

I'm still fascinated by companies that are alike, we give seven pto days and no or our a work from home policy. Why is it forgotten pretty much all the time? And was the norm, right? How we operated prior to obviously it's still going on. The way the business world was trying to show horn a completely different way of doing things into an existing, very corseted way ofdoing things wasn't fit for purpose.
