May a Woman Serve in the Office of an Elder?
In the new testament, paul says a woman can't teach or have authority over a man. This is not because women are inferior to men, but it's because this was the order that god established at the creation. We want to avoid clericalism that says, unless you have office, your gifts don't matter. The reality is, every gift matters. So go use your gift the way he's appointed it and give glory to god.
