Chelsea's Poor Season Has Been Frustrating

Chelsea are on course for their first finish in the bottom half of the table since 1996. If they don't score nine at the weekend, that is going to be their lowest ever points tally in the Premier League. This has just been not about Frank Lampard's time in charge. And yeah, it's frustrating. You can see the frustration in his face. But there's so much talent in the team. It's baffling how it's not really coming together.
