The Technocracy Movement
William henry smith is usually credited with inventing the word technocracy in 19 19. He coined the term to describe the rule of the people made effective through the agency their servants, the scientists and he engineers. In the thirties, the influence of of men named howard scott in the technocracy movement he officially founded, the term came to mean government by technical decision making. The dream of technocracy is to only be able to spend whatever social credits you have earned to use the amount of power that's available to you.
