Natalie: We thought about maybe letting our original first property go because it's a nice little property but we think that same time and energy we can use somewhere else for like their dollars. Do you think that you are going to have the havasu one or the long term rentals? That would be our first running springs property. Oh god yeah that would be deep creek. But good point Natalie we years, guesty and a lot of other technology platforms that make our life a lot easier so I feel like I'm just strapped to every booking all them right there sometimes now.
