I wanted to pick up about your experiences working in the charity sector. That sort of interestingly got you back into academia. On your return, did you feel that those charity experiences had given you new ethical skills that you've then used? Definitely. I think when I work in the charity, that's why I don't want to leave working with charities. Even if I have some work with academia.
