People who sleep more than 10 hours a day do worse, according to one study. People should be trying to make their bedroom something that's really conducive to sleep and try to keep it dark. The bed warm maybe the room cold and really trying to get that 7 to 9 hours sleep because that's just something that we need in every place on the planet.
