Using the Ok R Model

For us, we don't have any set process that teams have to follow at segment. A kind of individual engine in teams, like what spott five does, are able to self organize. And so those are smething that we do on a company wide basis. We're pretty big believers that the tools in process should be there to serve us, not the other way around.
