How to Prepare a Skeleton for Elections

The preparation of skeleton involves both 2017 data and 2022 data now the problem here is that 22 data we do not know so we usually use 2012 data or some past election data as a dummy to paste the data there in the four columns. We will run into several problems like one week before the elections I mean the seven days before the elections this is what we do.
