With family, our expectation based on the role, it's much higher. It's like this is a brother and these are all the things brothers do. And so we have to accommodate that no matter what the role is, this is a person. Jesse: What's fascinating here about what you're talking about is we often put people in a box. This is your role and it removes the humanity from that person. We've siloed them into that role, right?Jesse: They happen to have children. It doesn't change the flaws they may have had beforehand. In fact, if anything, it can amplify those flaws.
