i think it isn't just about everything you do, i really learned this in medicine, in practising medicine. It's really easy to put your foot in your mouth when you walk in as a doctor and you think you know everything. And after taking care of patients for long enough, i realize that taking the moment to understand the situation better is important. In a lot of cases, a lot of people are, i driven off of fear.
