As we move into the DCT, now we go into the distal convoluted jibial. And that's the last point of the squeeze of the sponge that we can get water out. But we don't get any water coming out at the first part of the DCT. No water is coming out there because that first part was only sodium chloride and potassium being reabsorbed. Then at the end of the D CT coming into the collecting duct, that's where we get around about 10 to 15% of water being re absorbed back into the body. So by keeping sodium in the, in the filtrate, we're keeping water in the fil Trate.
