Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo

There are a random border with Congo is there's a soldier every 50 meters with a big machine gun, even going right through the like new way rainforest which is very remote by Rwanda standards around as a busy country. It'll be interesting to see all that develops. I know they're attempting to unify Democrats Republic of the Congo times in Kenya, Uganda, South Sudan,. I think Jibouti and not Jibouto and Somalia and a few other places I think into like an East African Federation.
