How to Improve Your English Fluency?

Gary Tonen: My wife's English jumped up just by obviously dating me and being married to me. Unfortunately, because she already spoke English and I did not speak Japanese when we met, we really almost never speak in Japanese. So my Japanese has not benefited because now, you know, my Japanese is too low. It's just much easier for us to communicate in English.
