How to Reframe Your Relationship With Time
A death in the family was a big trigger for some of my anxiety issues. I'm trying to find ways to spend less time on my phone. And i try and not read all the time and just observe rite. You don't really have a choice when you do things by thefault as there's almost like a pre-written script in your brain that you're going to pull off or pick up three days later. O, one of the things i've been doing is walking around with two trays - picking up something to work out what it is we need to do next. It helps call me down, which then allows me to go home and get stuff done.
