What Is the Limitation of LLM's?

Bing GPT is supposed to be able to look at the top-ranked search results and then formulate a more kind of human readable summary or answer based on those search results. This was not caught by the media, unlike in the case of Google, the media didn't figure out that Bing had made up a bunch of stuff. I think it basically is because the senior execs at these companies, despite having very strong technical backgrounds, in some cases, possibly didn't really understand what the true limitations of LLM's are. They probably didn't really understanding this hallucination phenomenon as well as they should have.
