Pylizer: A Static Code Analyzer for Python Written in Rust

Pylizer is a static code on an analyzer in a language server for Python written in Rust. It can do things like checking for out of bounds errors and things. So it isn't a replacement for rough, you would run both of them if you want. But that's not the only thing, because you also want good error messages.
