strength training is one of the best ways to really work on that. It's a controlled setting in the sense that your body, you're kind of in this zone, right? You don't even know if they're compensating when you're strength training. And I think this is also a big link and this is what I tell a lot of my athletes. Like you're training with intention, you're in this bubble where you're actually thinking like, how am I working each muscle?"
